Refer is committed to a safe and trustworthy platform. If you think any content, communication or activity on Refer breaks our terms or the law, or is abusive, report it to us right away.
8.1 What to report
For example: spam or unsolicited messages; phishing or fraud; impersonation of a person or company; harassment, threats or discrimination; fake or misleading job posts; anyone asking candidates to pay to apply or interview; candidate information shared outside the hiring company; misuse of personal data or intellectual property; anything else that breaks our Terms of Service.
8.2 How to report
Email contact@cardinalrefer.com with a description of what happened, where it happened (a link, if you have one), any screenshots or evidence, and how to reach you.
8.3 What we do
We review every report promptly. We may remove content, suspend accounts or report activity to the authorities, and we may contact you for more information.
